STEP OFF, HE'S MINE. plus he's practically LOCAL to me. baltimore is right up the road! it's pretty much fate that i date him. or at the very least, rub his abs and chest A LOT.
If I've learned anything about meeting famous people this term, you pretty much just have to find out where they're going, get there, and wait around for a number of hours. The further you travel from and the longer you've been waiting, the more likely a celebrity will be to stop and say hi.
my personal olympics swimming boyfriend is ryan lockte -- i like the tussled hair :)
additionally, it helps to chat up the producers/crew/someone less famous but influential.

Phelps lives in Baltimore. I plan on having my friends in Baltimore call me if they ever see him. I am on full stalk mode.
I used to find Phelps super cute, but more and more this Olympics, I have decided that something about his face and mannerisms reminds me of my sister's boyfriend! Now, I'm still a fan, but I can't be attracted to him, because EW.
